I come from rather humble beginnings. Although never truly poor, Christmas Day was not all about opening packages. Sure, we all got presents, because Mom and Dad struggled to make sure everyone was remembered. The best gifts I ever got from my Mom that she was my sole my parent. Very little else was required. She supported the things I wanted to do. They gave much of her time. Now its my time to gave her a gift. so any idea from you guys out there of what would be the best gift i could give to her this coming Christmas? thanks..

The best presant I ever got from any of my children was the one my son gave me was at his graduation time. It was a special letter telling me of his appreacation of my being his mom and being there when he needed me how muuch he loved me so and sofort. I raised my grandson and he also gave a letter of the same sort. They are the best presant I could ever have gotten.

In addition to the photos you could write things about her that you love ... like some of the things that you said about her always supporting you and being your sole parent. You could find quotes online about motherhood too. Here are some suggestions:
Her children arise and called her blessed. (Proverbs 31)
What is a home without a mother? (Ann Hawthrone)
The angels... singing unto one another,
Can find among their burning terms of love,
None so devotional as that of "mother." (Poe)

You say that she always supported your dreams.. what was HER dreams? Did she always want to play the piano but could never afford one? Did she always want to travel to a certain place?
Try and think back on something she loved and dreamed about.. maybe even as a little girl.. and try and make it come true..

I would say something from the heart,a scrap book of pictures growing up,showing her how you grew up becoming the person you are today because of her love, add a page of your confession of love you have for her

I would find her a simple but beautiful heart necklace to show how much she means to you. If you can, make it a diamond one, or diamond chips. If you can't afford that, then just look and find a very pretty heart...you'll know it's the one, just picture it around your mothers neck...you'll find the right thing. what a wonderful son you are to remember what your mother did for you and to really want to show her how much she means to you! Bless you and your mother

The best gift you can give her is pictures!!!!
Make a photo album of your family! Get a photo album that you can make comments and jot down dates.
Photos are priceless, they are memories!! Trust me put and album together she will love it!
Hope my idea helps!

Please try to do so if you can. I have not seen my youngest son in 6 years, and I cry every night because I know I won't see him. Think of your mother, please. She won't be around forever.

Honestly, because it seems you and your mother share a special bond, I would make something that shows how appreciative you are for her many unselfish years of companionship and guidance. Perhaps, an old picture of the two of you and a neew one, framed side by side with a poem would be nice. Whatever you choose, I am sure she will cherish it.

I think that you should consider something that she needs the most. Maybe you could pay her January morgage payment, or you could send her to the spa for the day. Or have a mother daughter day of shopping where you buy her something htat she's wanted a long time, but hasn't had the nerve to buy it for herself. Or a beauty day (get her hair, nails, makeup, and eyebrows done)

The best you can give your christmas and any other is to let her know how much you love her and appreciate her. Tell her the things you have said here about her being your sole and how much it meant to you that she supported the things you did. I bet hearing those things from you will mean more then any material thing you can get her.

i think the best gift that i can give to my mom is proving to her that she have a wonderful daughter that love her no matter what, that i'm always here for her and love her unconditionally
