I think we should kill all criminals who have a violent history. It is unlikely that they will get better and they are a burden to society.

I know of a crime that happened but Im not sure whether I should report it or not because it could get an innoncent person hurt. I also would get in trouble but not by the police. I think I should but I fear the repercussions.
