What is the name for this type of decoration?

When I went to the canteen today, I saw the cashier (a girl) wear a pair of reindeer antler on her head. Is ther a special name for this kind of decoration?

It's called a costume, like on Halloween. The Santa wanna-be guys wear a costume, too.
