1 orange, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
1 Tbsp Lychee Vinegar
2 thin slices of red onion, separated into rings
2 Tbsp reduced-fat chicken broth
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp olive oil
In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, oranges, lychees and onions. In a small bowl, whisk the broth, vinegar, juice and oil. Pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture, then toss gently until all ingredients are coated with dressing.

The creator!
I personally love cheese on a salad, along with mayonnaise.

Although, I have prawns, mixed with oregano, and garlic, drop it atop of pasta after cooked, drop tomato's, cucumber, courgette's anything into it along with pea's, add some cheese, I like adding mozerella sliced cheese, the different kind from what you get on Pizza's, add spinach or lettuce and it's delicious!

Hi! I think it's a matter of personal preference and what a person is in the mood for. I like diced cucumber, mushrooms, shredded cheese, chicken meat, sunflower seeds, croutons, and different dressings on my salad depending on my mood.

Thousand island dressing is great.I like it the most.Besides lemon juice or vinegar can also be a good dressing.Vegetables as carrot, olives, lettuce can make salad taste better.

Well for me like to put either croutons, cottage cheese, or shredded cheese in my salad. And of course you can't leave out those delicious tomatoes, I like the grape or cherry tomatoes.
