Looking for Free Website

I am looking for a website that will provide me with an opportunity to set up a free website. I have been to a few sites that claim to give them away, but I am generally not happy with one or more aspects of their service. I am looking for something that will look profesional to visitors and clients. Can you please recommend a good website.

you could have given your requirements
so that one can suggest a free web host
service . what exactly you want to do
with a website ... if you want to air
your feelings then a blog host should
be enough (blogger.com , wordpress.com)
if it is to run forums then some of the
good free hosts are : invisionplus.net ,
addyour.net ...
