Is Pune City - India getting saturated?

Do you think that Pune is reaching a saturation level in terms of Industriliazation, Population and Construction.. If yes why? And what is the next alternative.. Is it Nasik??

I grew up in Pune. And yes, Pune has reached Saturation in Industrialisation, Population, most definitely, construction, and most of all rickshas and pollution. Its not the same Pune I knew.
