I guess it's the smart way to do it, once every 24 hours. But do they have moderators here, sometimes I wonder with all these posts about sx and wanting sx ect.....go elsewhere you sx maniacs!

Once a day. It's just the time they have designated to update the page. GMT it's around 2-3pm in the afternoon.

yes, mylot updates our earing every day at the same hour.
For the italian jet lag it's on half past three p.m.
