You can cook with it. If you like pork you can add some to a pork roast. (quite a bit actually) it adds a great flavor to it. with its low melting tempurature you could add it to many meats. Im not sure if true but i believe it also aids in the tenderizing properties.
Personally I enjoy peanut butter with apples.

You can make PB biscuits, PB bread, PB coffee cake, smoothies, candies, peanut sauce for asian food, make Peanut Butter cups (like Reeses). You can store it in the fridge and it'll last practically forever. Natural peanut butter will only keep for a few months, but I'm pretty sure that the other stuff will keep for a long long time.

My mother in law make this snack call Peanut butter balls. She use the peanut better and mix the mashmallow in the jar like peanut butter and mix them up, make a bite size balls and dip into the melted chocolate and just let it dry. Im not sure what else is in it but they sure taste good. she only make it for xmas time.

I have actually made peanut butter play doh! It is great and the kids can eat it while they are playing. How fun is that? Peanut butter is also the greatest thing on mousetraps(although I hope you don't have that problem) lol. I have also done the thing where you spread it on bread or a pinecone and then sprinkle with birdseed for a great bird feeder. It works great for getting gum out of a kid's hair too. (again, I hope you are not having problems with this) There are recipes out there for peanut butter bread too, which could be made and frozen. At Christmas I make peanut butter ball candy with powdered sugar, vanilla and peanut butter. You mix, roll into balls, freeze the balls, and then dip in melted chocolate almond bark. These can also be frozen for later use and are super yummy. email me if you want exact recipes for anything. Good luck!
