Well, "Destination Anywhere" was a solo album by Jon. So of course it has a different feeling from the other ones, just as "Blaze Of Glory" does and the two solo albums by Richie Sambora do.
The lyrics from "Destination Anywhere" were written while Jon was in London shooting in the movie "The Leading Man". His emotions were kinda different during that period, and you can feel it all.
A short movie named "Destination Anywhere" (starring Demi Moore, Woopie Goldberg and Jon himself) has then been released, and you can hear the whole album as the soundtrack; it's pretty cool.

I think it's really different because it's a solo album by Jon himself. And it's also a soundtrack album for his movies, "The Leading Man". I think there's Demi Moore in that movie. But I think it's cool album but in a different way. Track like Queen of New Orleans, Destination Anywhere, Midnight in Chelsea, Janie don't you take your love to town, Learning jow to fall it's a pretty sound too. But it's little bit sad actually.

Well that was his solo album, so it is going to have a different feel to it. I still love that album though.

Yeah well crossroads was just made in the last years. The other two are from the 1980's I remember I had just started high school when Slippery When Wet had came out. Which makes me feel old now. No just kidding but I guess over the years they slowed down.

I'm ashamed to say i'm not sure which album this is.
I do love bon jovi and i know the lyrics to most of his songs but i won't pretend to know something in which i don't. is this album an older one? I haven't heard alot of the older cds. (well songs)
I'm yet to hear "have a nice day" (i think it's called) i loved the bounce album tho..

It's a solo album by Jon. It was released in 1997. If you read the other responses in this thread you'll know more about it. ;)

yes it is different, but this is because it is jons solo stuff and he wanted it to be different...another reason is there is a short movie made to accompany the video, if you havent seen it some of the songs wont make total sense
