in this world of hardcore competition and survival of the fittest(or slimmest when it come to girls),i don't hav the slightest idea why sombdy would actually want to gain weight, but here goes... first, eat more of fatty, oily and junk food. food habits are most important to keep gaining weight - gobble up as much calories as u can manage. always take ur car to work; never ever walk if u can help it. sit for as long as possible and stand up only if u must. never exert urself or play outdoor games or all of your effor will be in vain. finally, find and eat as many tablets as u can find, claiming to 'reduce inches within minutes' because belive me, they tend to work the other way and within six months, you'll be obese...

u are one enigmatic person!...i honestly wonder why u want to fatten up so badly, cause anyway during normal life, even the fittest of people tend to grow fatter and not thinner, most of the time. so even if u r skinny nd bony now, it only means that u won't become obese that easily, later on in life...and my last post was my way of laughing at u for ur attitude...actually, junk food is for fattening up (fat as in pigs) so i guess u'd do better to eat more protein-rich and calorie-rich food than junk food if u intend to be strong, instead of being just 'fat'.

do you want to gain weight to be fat or to be big as in muscle?
if its for muscle train three times a week on basic exercises like,Bench press,Squats,Deadlifts.
Train the Squats 1 set 20 reps or untill you colapse(make sure you have spotters)
bench press and deadlifts do 4 sets of 8 reps make sure you work them real hard!
eat three wholesome meals a day and drink 3 get big drinks a day inbetween meals(get big drink is 6-8 tablespoons of skimmed milk powder, banana's,a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter and mix all that into a big glass of whole milk)
do all these things and in about 6-12 months if you work hard and persevere you will be BIG!no doubt about it!

Take almonds dipped in honey (previous night) and eat it next day. If you are not feeling hungry, do some exercises so that you feel hungry. Do not overeat just to gain weight. There are some people they cannot gain weight whatever they eat. It is because of the constitution of the body. So just because someone told y ou to put on weight, do not go on eat and spoil your health.

Technically the worst way to gain weight would be binging on junk food, it'd do your body no good. Just bump up the intake of non-junk food.

Lots of malted milkshake and whole milk ice cream, not too much exercise, lots of cakes and biscuits, lots of fast food with a high fat content. Heaps of bananas. You'll gain weight, for sure, but you have to keep that excessive intake up until you get up to your goal weight, then cut back to maintain your weight but not too much or you'll lose again. Also have your health checked to rule out possible medical conditions which may need treatment.

well go to gym do exercise and eat food that contain protein. Do not go for fats they are no good. It is better to be thin then having lots of fat on your body. You need muscles. And muscles come from protein. So eat lots of white meat, beans.
