tanveer146 well i used to hat studies too. But you can not live without it. You might find some subjects better to your likings then others. Try to study those subjects more which you like.

tanveer146 for aerobic exerciese do an exercise like running, skipping or cycling for at least 20 minutes. If you do them for less than 15 minutes they would not be much useful for reducing fat.

tanveer146 30 pound is lots of weight. But you should try this thing, Give up any foods with high fat percentage. Prefer vegetables and fruits. Give up cold drinks. Drink lots of water. And do aerobic exercises. And last but not the least never give up hope.

tanveer146 the best way to be slim is to burn more calories than you eat. This also mean more exercise and less eating specially less eating of caloric foods. Avoid cold drinks. Shift your diet more towards white meat and vegetables. Avoid cheeze or fast food.
