How fast is your typing speed?

i think i have 30-40 words per minute, and have acuytally done 45-50 when i was working as an agent. :)

around 30~40 wpm. I start typing from about 10 years old. It was on the type machine rather than keyboard. It's harder than keyboard.

i used to type 30 wpm. its an average you know dont worry of it.

I don't know yet so I think I need to have a speed test but I don't have any kind of speed testing program right now.

I don't know how much speed I have when I type. I just notice that my typing speed goes faster the longer time I spend typing...the more I practice.

I can type at an average of 50 to 60 words per min.. Don know whether its a good thing or not !!

I don't know what exactly is my typing speed as i don't know how to find it out, well but i guess its good i don't look at all on my keyboard while i type anything. :)

Mine would be around 50 wpm. But i don't feel that these days you need speed to use the computer as most of the functions can be done through mouse or mostly you don't need to type on the net. But if you work on the computers offline and need to be dependent on it, you should know typing. The best way to go about it would be to try some typing tutors available online.

I dont know exactly but i did very bad in keyboarding class because i was so slow but i have improved greatly since then.

am looking for a good decent free online typing test that not only measures your typing speed and accuracy, but also tells which charactors you tend to fall over on and how often you have fallen over on that charactor, and gives exercises to concentrate on the area of the keyboard that charactor is located in. Either Online or free to Download will do. I have a Typing speed of 30 or so, but i am interested in increasing this speed to 40-50.

mine average speed is 20-25 wpm.

I think mine is at least 30-40 words per minute. Enough for an average computer user.

I do not know typing, i do it wid two-four finger typing and yet my typing speed nears 33wpm wid 90-95% Accuracy..
