I found the person who continuously pastes similar content in so many responses. He is suggesting the mylot rues and regulation every time. I think this person has prepared the content to only post maximum responses and making the earnings. Do you think this is a spam or misuse of mylot rules? I here by mentioning some of the links of his postings please check and discuss.

on any community forum . pls report
this to Mylot Administration .
http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx
And by seeing this topic , I was afraid

for guidance , I have been posting the
Mylot links to guidelines , FAQ , alerts ...

Thanks for supporting me dear friend. To guide the new comers or helping anyone is good habit and I myself do always that but without seeking the help pasting the content exactly the copy of previous in so many responses is clearly indicates the spamming.

^ Mylot alert clearly states that one
should not copy & paste the copyrighted
material here . The guidelines published
on this website are under copyright .
http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/373870.aspx
And as you said , posting the same content
without the valid reason is a spam . I hope
that Mylot staff takes action in this issue ...

I think you should make use of the report abuse link and let the mylot administrators about this. If he was posting the same thing in a relevant context then I would have had no problems with that but he is posting it in discussions which are so much out of context.
I also sometimes copy-paste my old responses. Because everytime a new member comes into mylot, the first question he asks is 'how do I earn money on mylot?' so I just copy-paste my previous responses. But this guy is posting it so much out of context. He needs a warning from mylot staff to get him to post legitimate responses.

Thank you my dear friend, you were the first buddy who supported me to report abuse against the spammer and just few minuets ago I have submitted the report to mylot with reference of this discussion. My job has ended, now the ball is in the court of mylot.

Yes, you are right some time it needs to answer the same content but that should be relevant to the topic I think that is not objectionable, if you have checked all the links I have mentioned you would have find that there is no relation with the topic not in one response but in all the responses, The author is asking “do u like bike or car” he is posting the guidelines of mylot, in other discussion the author is asking “which color do u you prefer’” he is again posting the same content and so on…. I think this is totally against the mylot rules and cheating with community too.

It's against the guidelines of MyLot. Please report any instances you find, giving a reason for the report. It is also, strictly, against the guidelines to post discussions like this, targeting one user.
Please read the guidelines and act responsibly. Do not post discussions which are merely questions about MyLot procedure in order to gain points.

Please note that if you rate a discussion or response negatively, you cannot then report it. If you see something that violates the guidelines, report it first, then (optionally) rate it negatively. I sometimes do this merely so that when I come across a similar or identical post, I don't get confused and report something twice.
MyLot do actually read all reports, so please make your report intelligible. Say exactly what guideline is violated and if the user is doing the same thing repeatedly in different discussions, report three or four of them only with a note that the user appears to be repeatedly violating the guidelines. This will allow the staff to check for themselves.
Maintaining the high quality of MyLot is a very labour-intensive task. Don't make it harder by sending multiple reports. One intelligently worded report, alerting them to a particular user's activities should be enough.

Before reporting abuse to the mylot I want to support from mylot community. I have devoted lot of time to find his postings in many discussions and I found nine similar postings that I mentioned in my discussion topic. I have not search all of his responses I think the number may be more than this. I think that is enough to report abuse.

Thank you buddy. I think every member should play active role to abolition the spammers from mylot. It is very strange that this spammer has posted most of his responses in one member’s discussions. I don’t know that this person is aware or not with the spammer.

Absolutely, he is not doing reasonable. This is injustice with other members. He is no right to issue the guidelines of mylot to the members posting the same content again and again.

I just reported such a violation from some idiot who decided to copy and paste a comment already made on my topic. He copied and pasted it twice. The original owner will not be amused I don't think.

At the risk of repeating myself, anyone who sees someone who is stealing responses and/or discussions from another member should use the ! to report them to myLot. That is the only way to get rid of this type of abuse and/or spamming that has been going on. Anyone can make the report if they see it happening, and it doesn't necessarily have to be in your own discussion.
Also in order to make sure that honest members who start quality discussions and make quality responses, we should rate both of them. If they are exceptionally good, then they deserve the best response whether they agree with your opinion or not. If they are good, then give the person a positive (+) rating. Average responses should not be rated but anyone with an inappropriate response or who has cut and pasted etc should be given a negative (-) rating.

I have raised this topic in my discussion for two reasons first; the community should know what type of spam activities are going on in mylot second, I want to know the communities thinking before going to report abuse because this is not a tiny matter after all it the question of existence a persons identity on the mylot.

Thank you for comments and encouraging me. With the cooperation and your support I have caught one another spammer today. These type of people increased their ratings very easily that is quite unfair with other members of mylot. I think we should not tolerate those spammers at any cost.

Thank you for comments buddy. In spite of continuous guidelines and alerts issued by mylot some people dedicatedly violates the rules. I failed to understand why these people put them under danger. Today I caught one another very smart spammer and again I raised the discussion if you want to discuss on it then please follow the following link.

This is all our duty to maintain the credibility of the forum as we are doing hard to maintain the discipline and how some people smash it easily. We should do our best efforts to spot the spamming the mylot. If some one is in your notice remarks it with – sign..

hmmm, maybe he finds for similar topics then post the same response...after all, they are similar topic so should have the same response from him...but yes, this is unfair...he uses this strategy to quickly earn money...i hope the authorities from mylot can do something about this because if this is not stopped, mylot may soon become a site of non-sense discussions..i hope this will not happen..earning should not be our only purpose in joining mylot..we should also provide sensible views and make the discussions rich in information...

HA, he is smart, but, he is cheating, the problem is whether mylot could find out and punish this man because this is unfair to other members. I hope he gets caught before the payment given to him. this is really a smart cheater.

Yes he is very smart but he made one mistake here he used his trick against one member. unfortunately I was posting the responses of my friends discussions and I found in every discussion the same content pasted then I search some of his responses from his profile I found nine similar content. I am getting supports from the mylot community and after getting sufficient support definitely I will report abuse.

That is definitely spamming and glad that you caught onto that and hope that myLot removes that person from this site. It is amazing what people will copy and paste, especially the rules of using this site and the makers of this site. If he was actually a member of myLot his profile would have been different. I was checking that out too.

I agree with you spammers and cheaters should be punished. This is unfair to other members. We are doing hard to maintain the dignity and standers of mylot but some people take it very easy and reckless. They must be punished.

probably spamming. anyone would go to another discussion as it is easy to get bored if one post responses on the same topic over and over again
