Would Krispy Kreme Philippines stay?

Krispy Kreme had just invaded Philippines. Wow! I had no idea that many Filipino's love Krispy Kreme.
Would you think Krispy Kreme Philippines stays for a long time? Krispy Kreme donut is expensive, Is there donut worth buying for?
In my own opinion, Krispy Kreme would stay as long that they maintain a healthy competition with there competitors. Although KK donuts is pricey still its worth buying for.

It's hard to tell if it's going to stay. There are so many donut stores in the Philippines right now and so far, I think Dunkin Donuts remain the filipinos' favorite. I love KK too. And I believe that many filipinos will love it just how they loved (and accepted) other donut stores like Gonuts and Hot Loops. Maybe KK franchisers just need to strategise how to reach the local market esp the masses.

Yep. alot of Filipino's loves Dunkin especially Dunkin's coffee. Dunkin recently made an major renovations of there stores. Healthy Competition. ;D Thanks for posting.

Yes, KK donut is pricey. One donut is worth Php 38.oo.

I believe Krispy Kreme will not last because of its un affordable price for the average people.Now a days people are in crisis so they rather buy cheap dougnuts than to buy a Krispy Kreme Donut.But Krispy Kreme really taste good!!!!!

I love Krispy Kreme Donuts! I think the do have the staying power, even though they are more expensive than what Filipinos are used to. It's actually P30 for the ordinary sugar glaze, and P38 for the other flavors. I think it's worth every penny! Plus, if you're lucky, they give you free donuts when you purchase at either branch (Fort Bonifacio AND Megamall). And a new KK franchise will rise in Greenhills as well. That alone is a sign that Filipinos can't get enough of these scrumptious pieces of heaven!
