Is this a Myth or a fact? There is an enormous amount of people that believes we only use 10% or less of our brains. They also believe if anybody was able to use more then that they'll be able to do the "Super Human" tasks, such as the following: move things with just a single thought, super memory feats, fantastic mental abilities, dictate other minds on what to do, control people and the list goes on.
Is this really true or just a myth? If it is true when was ever a medical study conducted and what data were used to come up with the number 10%?

it depends on the person and gender.
most guys use less than 1% of their brain, some use up to 25%.
all women use more than 50% of their brain, and those that are exceptional use all 100%.
and yes, i am just saying that because it is a way to get women :P

That seems like a better approach but I think some studies are being conducted which are proving the 10% usage to be wrong. I am waiting for facts to be revealed on this one. Because I do know there is nothing more powerful then a human brain in this world. cheers for your contribution
