Here is the Baked Pineapple Recipe that was originally created by Glen Kilbourne. Me and my family are going to make it a family tradition as part of our holiday meals as we love it very much 1/2 Cup of butter 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (drained) 5 or 7 pieces of bread (cubed) Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat well. Add Pineapple. Stir in bread. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart cassarole uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be brown on top. Serves 6 to 8 people.

I have never tried cooking this myself but I will be trying soon as my mom gave me the recipe for it. We had it for dinner for Christmas and I loved it so much she wrote it down and gave it to me. I also had this for Thanksgiving Dinner. It was originally created by the name in my discussion. It is very good.

Sound yummy. I make a different version of baked pineapple. Here is my recipe that I use for Easter and Christmas dinners. Pineapple Bake INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup butter, melted 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup white sugar 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, in juice 1 pinch ground cinnamon DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, flour, eggs and sugar until well blended. Stir in the crushed pineapple. Transfer to a small casserole dish, and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. 3. Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, uncovered. Serve warm.

I printed this off. It sounds wonderful. I was going to make it tonight but do not have enough eggs to make a loaf of bread and the baked pinapple. I have never tried baked pineapple before. To be honest, I have never heard of it before. Thanks for the recipe.
