What do you think of when you are at a wedding? Do you cry at weddings? If you do cry, why do you think that you would burst in tears when you see a couple in a wedding ceremony?

I cry at weddings but I am unsure of why. Sometimes I think random things make me tear up. At my own wedding I started tearing up when my dad took my arm to walk me down the aisle. It is a moment that I will never forget.

What really makes me cry at weddings is the feeling of lonelyness. I guess I cry because I wish that it was me standing with my soul mate before God and making promises to love and honor the person before me. Also, some of the instrumental music they play at weddings has a beautiful sound, for some reason this makes me cry as well.

I cry at weddings not bursting into tears but i get all teary eyed, because i am just so happy for the couple that they found their soul mate to travel the rest of lives together with.

happened to me once, why I cried? they have been wanting to get married for a long time but their parents wont allow it, so when the day finally came we were all so happy for them... I cried when my friends dad hugged the groom when he gave her away...

I cry at the mention of weddings, let alone being at them. I even cried at my own wedding when the priest congratulated us. Queue the red eyed photos. LOL!

Hearing those vows to each other always bring tears of happiness to my eyes. What could be more beautiful than pledging yourself to a lifelong partner and mean the words you say.

I cry at weddings. I think of mine, and how happy I was, and I see them, and wish the same.

When I see the couples crying I also want to cry and also when the couples are saying their vows to one another, I tears of joy are running down my eyes. When attending wedding ceremonies I'm being too emotional.

I wouldn't burst into tears. But I would always be overwhelmed by a sense of happiness during the solemnization when the couple say 'I do'.

I don't usually cry during weddings. Just sometimes I got teary eyed when I see the bride or groom cry for happiness and I can really see in their eyes how happy they are. Most of them cry due to unexplainable feeling, maybe so mappy and excited of their new life together.

I actually seem to cry for almost anything ... LOL! However i think that at a wedding it is the actually seeing of two hearts and souls join together! It is a gift to be a witness to such a truly wonderful Day!
