That's a strange distance, so I've never run that particular distance. My best time for 3.5 miles is 19:56, and my best time for the 5k (3.1) miles is about 18:30. Both of these times were long ago, when I was many years younger and many pounds lighter!

I don't know I don't run anyway. I am
getting to old for that. I might jog, everynow and then. I never run.

It takes me longer than that because I like to take it slow, very slow.
