I'd like play table-tennis and rope skipping.i often play with my daughter,i shake rope with my husband ,my daughter jump and jump,she laughs at us,we laugh together,what a nice sport!

I like volleyball, it is my sports during my teen years and it really exercise and perspires me a lot that keeps me healthy and always on the go.
