Do you still count Sheep to Sleep?

It never worked for me. I did sheep counting when I was a student and I remembered the further I counted, the more alert I became because I have to think what number came next. Who's great idea was this in the first place? But again, one man's medicine is another man's poison. Let's check out the rest of the responses.

That doesn't work for me either. I'd rather watch a tv, that puts me to sleep faster.
