hi shant Sharma, the 18-year-old Delhi mediumpacer, is likely be sent to South Africa ahead of the final Test in Newlands, Cape Town. Sharma, currently playing in only his fifth first-class match, is likely to join the squad before the final Test.
Sharma plays for the Rohtak Road Gymkhana Club in Delhi and, though in his debut first-class season, has a couple of Under-19 tours under his belt. He's currently playing for Delhi against Saurashtra in Rajkot, where he has 3 for 117 from 36 overs; prior to this match he'd picked up 19 wickets from four games, with one five-wicket haul against Baroda. His USP is the ability to extract unnerving bounce, thanks mainly to his build - Sharma is six feet four inches tall and lanky, and is nicknamed Lambu for obvious reasons.
hmmm.. 6.4 height.... indian fast bowler..............

See the height is absolutely stunning no doubt.But remember Malcom Marshal was not tall and Kuruvilla was tall. You must know the difference between the class of these two.Still one can not tell for sure.Maybe he is going to be the future hero of Indian Cricket but before that the domestic pitches are to be bouncy and fit for fast bowling otherwise these talents will die soon.

ya .. iam .... into your point of view also...
malcom marshal.. was a speedy damn good fast bowler ..
he was brought up on the beaches of carribean.. thats why he is so.... ath'lic....and strong ...so height was not ... problem for them ..... and they had the greats in the team to unrish the newcomers .......
coming on to kurivalla ..... he was just 6.1 or 6.2
i think ..... and he didnt have the control in line
he was struck with so many injuries ... thats was the main problem for is downfall .. he had to give up is pace and all....
this lad is ... 6.4 .... when every one sees him ....
they will think twice ......
and you are rite about the indian pitches

yes he played in the practice match ... but he bowled only just 8 overs ...... team management thinks he is not fully fit for the long run... he has to find it...........
thats why not included in the playing eleven...thats why a replacement is send out to the team for the final test ...
