I like motivational books too, esp Christian motivational books. Lately I have taken an interest in some history and bio type books too. I have read a few books of local interest lately. I suppose because it was local and I knew a few of the people that the book was written about.

i like many different kinds of books. I enjoy any good mystery. I also like some science fiction. I read motivational books too, but they are not my favorite. I enjoy anything written by stephen King or Cornwell. I think I just have favorite authors more so than favorite kinds of books.

I prefer a variety - mystery, ghost, magical, Appalachian, science fiction, occasional love story, classics, a few religious fiction, historical based fiction, biographies, a few self help if the author is good, etc. I just can't read the same genre of books back to back. My favorites are authors who are original in their thinking or can make the ordinary come to life.

dunno if i like a certain domain, but i mostly read books from my favorite writers. i enjoyed Dostoievski alot (i read alot of books he wrote) so u might say i like the psychologist type of books. i also enjoy reading poetry, my favorite poem is written by a french writer, Arthur Rimbaud, so when it comes to poetry, i'm a romantic type.

i love to read books but i havent got to read much lately due to my busy life with kids and work. But i have a collection of e-books and i havent started on them yet, it is mostly of Dan Brown you know the author of Da Vinci Code. When i go to the bookstore i usually spend hours just reading the back covers of them. I also love history books and love stories.

I love books that have courtroom drama, mysteries and historical fiction. On occasion, if I am in the right mood, I might read a romance novel.
I love Stephen King, John Grisholm, and Susan Isaac, just to name a few. A good book, a cup of coffee and a slow rainy day and I am in heaven.

I love devotional and inspirational books. But sometimes, when I'm in the mood of reading really long novels, I'd read fictional books like Harry Potter, etc. I also like romantic novels especially by Julie Garwood and Jude Deveraux. They're great authors with very wild imaginations =)

Well I like just about any type of book. I am ahuge bookworm and just love to read. if I had to narrow it down I would say that my favoirte type of book is a good lold fashioned mystery. I have a few favorite authors and I read everything of theirs but mostly I just look for books that sound interesting.
I don't read romance very often or sci-fi. there are a few of those that I read and enjoyed but not many. I also like spiritual books, ones that have some meaning to them and can teach me something.
