no i'm not vegetarian. Infact to live in sanity you should eat everything, from meat to vegetables, from fish to fruit. I don't like very much vegetables, but i have to eat them

I am a vegan, so I don't eat or use any animal products at all, I think this is the most ethical I can be.

I am not entirely a vegetarian - but I only eat about 4 ounces of either chicken or fish per week. I don't eat red meat at all anymore. I find my energy levels are better, I lost weight, my blood pressure went down, and my digestive tract works better than I can ever remember!
