I have really damaged hair. How do I repair it?

I don't care if it only LOOKS like it's repaired. I want it to look better. What products have worked for you? I'm talking split ends and frizzies. I can't cut it, so I'm OK with spending lots of money on products. :)

I would go to a hair dresser and ask what they would recommend to make it healthy again
