Can some one please tell me what this is.........I've never eaten Quiche and a friend of ours invited us for lunch this coming weekend. She is serving Quiche. Guess I'm just an old Country Girl!
A quiche is egg custard with additions like bacon or cheese, baked in an open pastry shell. it can have any varity of additions such as asperagass. peppers almost like scrambled eggs except it is baked.
Well it is like a baked souffle in a little pie shell. There are different flavors and most are yummy! It sounds like you are in for a treat! Can I come too? lol
