Romance at the Workplace

Hi! I don't recommend it. You never know who talks or spreads gossip or what would happen if others, like the boss, found out.

Yes it is okay as long as there is no office rules prohibiting this. In fact there are many couples already who met in the office and got married right? As long as both of you knows your limitations as couple and as long as it doesnt affect you work then its okay to have romance.

I feel that it is okay to have a romantic relationship with a coworker but you should not show it while at work. You two need to act professionally at work and do your work as normal and then after work you two can show your affection toward each other at home or somewhere else. A romantic relationship with your boss is not acceptable in most businesses. I have dated coworkers before but we never did anything naughty while at work. We saved our romance for at home.

I believe it is ok to have a romanitc relationship at work. But, both parties have got to mature enough to understand that it may end and you will still have to see each other. You will both have to be able to handle that.

yes i think it is ok to have a romantic relationship with a coworker as long as it doesnt affect your work. Both of you have to be professional about it and even if you are having a fight or lovers quarrel, you should not let it affect your work. there should also be no special treatment when you are in the office.
