what would do during power outage?

We do not see to much power cut in Kolkata, India anymore. Anyway, when it is not there we use Emergency Lamps.

If its night then I also use candles, and like to sit below open sky. If its day then its boring, just read the books or papaers.

I use those westinghouse light bulbs that came out a little while ago. they mount to wall and run off batteries. you pull the string and it comes on just like a regular light bulb. it has a shatter proof bulb . they last for 10 hours. I have them all through my trailor.

I use a flashlight and light some candles so I can see better.

power outage is very common here in the philippines. we usually use candles and flashlights. very lucky for people with generators. as for us, to keep ourselves from getting bored, we usually play cards or board games. it's really fun..me and my family has a chance to be together. sometimes..we even play hide and seek. it's better to hide when it's dark.
