nyka08 yes i do. i love chocolates. and eating chocolates, especially when i feel gloomy, makes me feel happy again. i think it's because of the endorphins, more endorphins in your body make you happy.

nyka08 i don't think i would ever join a food eating contest. i don't have a big appetite so i don't think i could win such contest. i could only eat enough to satisfy my hunger. if i eat beyond that, i would probably throw up.

nyka08 i eat when i'm sad or depressed. and i usually dig on ice cream, cakes or chocolates. eating sweets in a way lifts my spirit. but although my comfort zone is food, i try to limit myself from eating too much. i only eat enough amounts that satisfy my cravings....
