I think your inner beauty is always reflected on outer beauty.If u have a great inner beauty then no matter if u r not beatiful physically.So I would prefer the person with inner beauty to the person with outer beauty.

Inner beauty because in my opinion outer beauty is only fleeting without inner beauty. You could be dating a supermodel but if she/he has no personality or inner beauty then the attraction would get old pretty quickly.
