Mozilla Firefox...my best browser... IE 7 is nowhere near it. The IE 7 comes with enhanced security features but alas! it makes browsing slow. Security was never a concern for the users with mozilla...users can always trust mozilla with that. Plus!!! Mozilla comes with a whole family of great free addons, themes, extensions catering to the variegated tastes of users...Thats great...
Mozilla is the best...

I also use mozilla firefox rather than ie7 because mozilla firefox is user-friendly than ie7. Another problem is that mozilla is a freeware as compare to ie7 for it needs validation with microsoft to lessen piracy in microsoft. Another is that the add-ons of mozilla firefox makes your internet browsing better.

Firefox IS a browser, published by Mozilla, that has been competing with Internet Explorer for the past couple years. It's actually a pretty cool browser that has turned out to nab more of the market than I think most people anticipated.
Good features:
Great pop-up and spyware protection. This is also partly due to the fact that the vast majority of viruses and spyware are written FOR Explorer, which most people are running.
Probably the best feature of Firefox is tabbed browsing, which opens up multiple windows within a single window so that your taskbar doesn't get crowded with all of the webpages you're navigating between.
Also, from their website...I think this is pretty cool: "Firefox 1.5 delivers easier navigation for everyone, including those who are visually or motor-impaired. Firefox is the first browser to support DHTML accessibility, which, when enabled by Web authors, allows rich Web applications to be read aloud."
Bad features:
The only one so far is that since most webpages are meant to be viewed with Explorer, I had limited accessibility to some web applications. For example, when Yahoo! introduced PhotoMail, I wasn't able to download the upgraded e-mail application because the service was built for certain versions of Explorer only. But as Firefox gets more popular (they just released an upgrade) I expect this to happen less.
So the people recommending this browser were absolutely correct! I have used it for almost a year now and love it.

Well i had downloaded Firefox and the problem i faced is that i had to manually download the Flash plugin and the Java plugin to view advanced featureds in a web page.
Also it does not support multilanguage support. May be we have to download som.ething else also to see characters of other languages
These features are provided in Internet Explorer by default.
