I forgive easily on some occasions...it depends on whats been done...if its something petty or minor I forgive very easily but not without warning to the person who did me wrong HOWEVER there are ppl in my life who did serious horrible things to me that cause tremendous life long damage..i will never forgive them but that doesnt mean I am vindictive by any means...

I understand how you feel and I guess it's just human to feel anger if anyone does you tremendous wrong but I believe that time heals all wounds. It's best not to dwell on your feelings of anger as by doing so you are doing damage to yourself, not the person who has hurt you.

Oh I dont dwell on it at all anymore, I have moved on and healed a great deal from my past but that didnt require my forgiving anyone...It isnt necessary to forgive to move on in life by any means...in fact forcing yourself to forgive can cause more damage to you than good in some cases (such as mine)

I´m rather forgiving taking into consideration the circumstances. For instance, I would never forgive anyone who did harm to my daughter.
But talking about less serious things, no, I´m not vindictive. I´ve seen too many people becoming bitter because they are. Apart from that it´s just not being vindictive is just not within my nature.

It's really enlightening to forgive in any ways. But I dont want to pretend to say that it's oftentions easy to forgive, though we should. The thing i wanted to stress is, how deep is that feeling of hurt. It certainly falls on the gravity of the event we experienced and sometimes we think to have it mend before we could forgive the one.

I generally forgive. I believe that holding anger and hate inside is bad for your health, and really... why waste that much energy on somone you don't like? If I can't get past whatever they've done to me, I'd rather just no longer have anything at all to do with them.

That's the attitude! You will actually be harming no one but yourself if you dwell on people's wrongdoings. Anger is negative and it's true it affects one's health.

I forgive a person many many times before I really get friggin angry. Usually, we talk about the situation that irked me and most of the times we end up with loose weights off our chests and went on our merry ways. I rarely get mad/angry at a person.

Unfortunatly I do forgive way to easy, which is some way makes me a schmuck because people take advantage of me, but on the other hand i would hate to be angry all the time, plus it is not what my god would want

It's alright to be different. Each and everyone of us is unique. I believe though that time heals all wounds and maybe your grudges too could disappear! Thanks for your comment.

maybe i am going to see if the person asks it sincerely and do something that would support what he is asking about.

It depends on what the person has done to me. But for the most part, I am a forgiving person. I don't like to be vindictive because it's just not constructive. Most of the time it just makes things worse.
