i want 2 buy a men's watch but want 2 make payment in cash.i want 2 pay when the item comes 2 my home or before also i can pay but only in cash as i have no bank account or credit card

Looks like you want your cake and eat it too. You have to go to a shop and purchase the watch there. You are restricted to cash so this is the only way to get it.

The only way this is going to happen is if you goto a shop and purchase the item, no online store offers a send first pay second deal. you can always get a prepaid credit card.
