It may hurt him.so, try to get the Information about him like does he love any one, does he expexting the same form you or will he accept your love if you propose. get those information from any of the other friends of him. Just make a Joke laughing with him saying will you accept me as lover if I request you ? you ahould not be serious at a anycost. if you become silent or emotional then he will think that you are really proposing him. while joking if he becomes emotional, silent, or if he replies as yes he will. then you can say diretly that you are loving him. if he says no you just make fun of him like whats problem with him or with you. then he will sure tell you the reason.
