What Is The Last Thing You Bought On E-Bay?

What was it you purchased? Were you happy with it? Was the seller a good one? Do you buy often from the same seller? Does the seller have an ebay store front?
I make all of my own scented wax potpourri tarts and ONLY buy my oils from Josie's Attic Candles and Supplies on ebay. Her products are the BEST and very affordable. She always lets you know if she is going to be closing her store (holiday, inventory, tax time, vacation) in time, so you can order. I love this store (and I promise I am Not related to the Seller) LOL! ~Donna

Thanks for the info Donna. I have been considering making a candles, tarts and such, but not really knowing the market that well, I have been reluctant to begin. I do not want the end product to be similar to the quality of those at the dollar stores.

One more thing, for your first attempts at tartsjyou will need next to NO MONEY! Start saving all of your candle-leftovers. You can also save the little tin holders from your tea lights - these will be your molds. If you have an old electric potpourri pot or if you can get a really small crock pot from goodwill, junk store, salvation army - terrific - that will keep your wax hot while pouring! All you are actually going to have to buy for practice is some fragrance oil. If you have many different colored candles, mind you, the tart color is not going to be pretty - unless you really like a shade of pink/brown/greyish with some pieces of dirty wick that you didn't get all strained out. If that is your favorite shade, You will Love it ~Donna

I get a lot of my supplies on ebay. I bought a load of stuff on Sunday - vintage beads at a really good price. I'm a rock fiend and have found an excellent seller, sadly from the US so I have to pay more as I'm in OZ, but the rocks really are excellent quality. I'm just addicted to browsing on ebay and often have to resist the temptation to BUY BUY BUY;)

Feral, Oh, I am so happy you posted. I love rocks, stones, gems! I am searching for a company that sells very tiny chips of tumble stones in assortment packages. Can you help me with this one? ~Donna

Probably a pair of Gap jeans. I buy them on eBay all the time.I actually went to the Gap 3 or 4 years ago and tryed on their jeans until I got the sizes right but didn't buy anything. I always order jeans on eBay. I've never paid more than $20.00 for a pair including postage. They cost $55.00 at the Gap. I've never gotten a bad deal either.

I am an avid orchidholic ("collector and lover" of orchids) and have recently found ebay. Not sure if that is good or not :), however I have purchased over 30 plants from a seller down in Florida with great results. The plants arrived healthy and looked wonderful. The seller is easy to work with and I've always left positive feedback. I'll be happy to let anyone know who this seller is if you'll pm me.

SS- Your site is magnificent and I hope if I say this loudly enough, others will travel to it. I went there and signed up for your newsletter and FREE MONTHLY DRAWING! Since your store is closed right now, I could not make a purchase (but yesterday I hit too many 50-75% off sales and spent way too much money anyway - I think I MAY POSSIBLY have even cut into my bill money - but I am going to look great at my Tupperware parties!). I know that I will be back for some sampling in February! Thank you for the link. When I get the newsletter I will bookmark it because I know that I just forgot to do that and I really meant to ~Donna

I haven't looked at Josie's but now I will have to do so.
I have bought alot of things on ebay lately because I am getting back into some crafts I have always wanted to develope for pleasure and another income stream. Ihave ordered some small amount of things like Shea butter, fragrance oils...because they are cheaper to experiment with, and some beads and blank hairsticks.

I buy and sell on eBay all the time. The last thing I bouhg twas a PC game (Heroes of Might and Magic III) for my son for Christmas. It came quickly, was a very easy transaction and my son was VERY happy with it.
Mostly, I'll search eBay for harder to find items. I recently bought some figures from Japan (also for my son) that are not available in the US. They came in record time! I keep tabs on who I buy from and will check with them first the next time I'm searching for a specific item.

The last item I purchased was a pink armband for my Ipod. I've had almost all good experiences purchasing on EBay, and I've bought a LOT of things over the years. The worst experience I had was buying a Dooney and Burke purse, which obviously was sold by a smoker, and the thing is just rank!! ewww

I bought a camera. I buy and sell stuff all the time. You can usually find about anything you want. I do have a list of favoirte sellers and I always look at what they list. If I want it I'll buy from them because I have experience with them.

I am trying to find a cord for my phone to let me upload pictures from it to my computer, but have never made a purchase like that from the internet. (I love buying kitchen witches, books, and things like that). Do you think it is safe to spend nearly $30.00 by the time s&h is added in? A new one from the LG store is $40.00 ~Donna

The last thing I purchased was a book that I kind of need to read for grad school. The seller is in Canada so shipping is taking forever to the US. I don't usually buy from the same sellers, I just buy from whomever has the best deal and has what I want. I have purchased multiple products from JayandMarie who sell bargain priced CDs though, they are awesome, but thats about it.
