He is the most popular man ever walked in this planet. Gave lessons in simple way and yet very effective to our daily life. His teaching affects every man from ordinary countrymen to kings, rulers and dignitaries. To know him is to know life, because he said he is life. So how well you know Jesus? And how does your knowledge about him affects you?

Its nice to know that you indulge yourself to JESUS. With that you also have to know that everything he did is for glorifying his father. To know him is to know someone who sent him here, it will change you view about this life and JESUS also. By the way thank for the comments.

Jesus said in Gospel of mathew-Come to me all of you who work and overburden i will refresh you.
and same gospel he says,Dont think i hav ecome here to establesh peace.
Jesus christ paradoxical but very MEANINGFUL.
We all want temporary Peace A kind of false peace we are always under. Our so called Happiness and Peace I ILLUSION we are living Under.
JESUS WANTS TO DESTROY OUR FALSE PEACE OF ILLUSION SO THAT w would get attended to peace iternal the SALVATION OR NIRVANA.

I shall confine my discussion to: "the most popular man ever walked in this planet".
My comment is based on history. Christian missionaries went wherever colonialisers went. They had the support of the colonial rulers and the colonial funds at their disposal. Printing Presses were their own. The message of Jesus Christ was, is being distributed freely using all modes of communication, offering financial patronage to those who are converted. Had Jesus Christ been a messiah of some poor African tribe in Gambia which does not have the wealth to carry out the propaganda, Jesus would have remained an obscure martyr who laid down his life to change the humanity for better.

The early "true Christians" or may I say the original Christians were poor. Its not the community status that made Jesus that popular, its his way of life and teaching. And his life is not about propaganda as you said, its real as what history says. Jesus never used wealth to propagate his teaching, in his time he was never been a rich person. In his entire evangelical journey, his only property was his clothes.
Messiah is not a prophet or a chosen one for a certain race as what you are trying to say. Its the chosen one for all people to get connected to Almighty God. That's why in prayer we say in the last part "in Jesus name" before AMEN.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the world. He has His testament - the New Testament where the elements of salvation are laid out which people should follow if they want to be saved.
Formerly, the count of the years we have started from the birth of the Lord. However, they found some mistakes that the Lord was not actually born in the year of the Lord 1. The A.D. or Anno Domini which means year of the Lord is now changed to C.E. or Common Era and all years before are B.C.E.

Jesus christ! the non religious spiritual master ,the embodiment of Love and sacrifice, as I know he is one of the great sages and spiritual masters evr known to the world. More than knowing about him i feel him and his love though i am a hindu(they say!)by birth but a non religious by belief and respect all masters equal.
The message of christ like lord Budha and Krishna is to serve the mankind and not to depict him by any narrow means. He is beyond any boundaries.he is love, he is the master and the saviour. let us all take his message and seek his divine grace to fullfill our commitments to us and also to the society.

I don't know if Mahatma Gandhi is a hindu too. But when you say you're a hindu he easily crossed to my mind. Although not Cristian, I've read some articles stating he loved Jesus Christ and his teachings but he could not hide his disappointment to the so called "Christians" and yet not applying his words to their lives.

I think I know Jesus Christ but am always working to know Him better. I guess its like saying anyone can know Him, even Satan, but I want to know Him so well we are close, working on a true relationship.

i think He's the way of life, the most wise man ever in the world. The blessed child, and full of charity.
i believe Him more than everything. He is my Father, my Friend, my Love and He always be with me when I'm down and alone. when no friends around me, He still next to me. For me, He is the best part of my life ever, and always.

Thanks for comments, I guess you could be more attached to him if you will follow his footsteps. By studying his words in Holy Bible and applying the lessons trough your life, then you would be nearer to him. And he will be nearer to you.

To be honest I do not have an in depth knowledge of Jesus Christ at all. But regardless of religious leanings or beliefs you cannot help but be in awe of a man who has had such a long lasting influence on the lives of billions of people over the last 2000 or so years.
Was he the first cult leader? Was he the son of God? Could he heal by touch? Was he married? Books like the Da Vinci code raised many questions about Jesus Christ. Those that know him in their lives undoubtedly benefit from it and followers will continue to do so for centuries to come. I personally am not an avid Christian but I respect his story and the messages that the story of his life bring. I am for anything that improves a person and although I do read the bible from time to time, I do not use it as a guidebook for my life as a whole.

I do believe that He is the Living God and that we all are created by Him and that without Him, we are NOTHING. My knowledge of him affects my life and how I am to other people. I believe that if I should have not known Him, I might be in a dark life now. I am not saying that I am perfect or close to being perfect, what I am saying is that HE is indeed a very big help and an inspiration to my daily living.

Its nice to know that you make JESUS as an inspiration in your daily life basis. Further studying about his life and words will enlighten you more. You will be surprise that all he did was for the glory of his father. Because all of us should follow his great example, then we also have to do things align to what he did, glorify the one who sent him down here on Earth.
