it's very nice to do morning walk early in in the morning with empty stomach because it creates blood circulation fast and even digestion power increases.keep doing don't stop it

Since two months I started going for morning walk. I feel I am more energetic. My sugar level came down. Blood Pressure normal and my weight also is reduced to some extent.

No, I do not take regular morning walk. Every morning I am rushing to get the kids ready for school and drive them to school and after that for me to go to work as well.
I would rather get more sleep as I am a late person, I will not sleep until past midnight.

Normally I got fresh and mentally prepared for my day work when I am walking in the morning, If I miss it in mornings definity in the evenings.

We used to have our morning walks with my mum. It has no effects after all coz I eat a lot after that. LOL! It makes me actually crave for something more to eat honestly. But that was a long time ago. I guess I'll have a total control of myself now if I'd be doing that again. ;)

This is a great idea, and yes, when I do it, I feel great afterwards!
