do you know to format your computer, how often do you format it..

yeah i know to format my system i have formatted nearly ten of my friends system to, i have better experience in that , from past eight months my comp is working fine but got little slow so searching for good register file deleter and antispams and antivirus. as the avgfree what i am using is about to end on jan 15

My brother works for an internet company. He knows how to build and repair computers and offer tech support for net users.
He swears by McAfee, which I am going to try in January. It gets rid of viruses, spyware, trojans, worms, everything. You have a year before you have to pay the subscription fee so it'll continue updating.

I think you shouldn't format unless you absolutely need to. I usually do it when I can't fix it.

yes ...i format it many times...whenever i c those creepy blue screens.
