My son has discovered the broom and mop and is absolutly facinated with them and loves to push them around. He throws a tempertandrum when I have to take them away. My Hubby think it is wierd that his favorite toy is our broom....

theresabluej I love pen and paper. I'm a bipolar and mindless writing really soothes me sometimes. I can use an entire pack of loose leaf in about two days sometimes. It's just really comforting.

theresabluej Well, first of all eliminate or reduce your cafiene intake, including my beloved chocolate. After the usual doctor recommended stuff, my best idea is chamomile tea. It sounds crazy, but it works as well for me as sleeping pills do, maybe even better.
