what is importent speed or avrage of the car?

It depends on your needs. I have a large family car that is comfortable and reasonably economic to run. Speed should not be a factor as you cannot drive faster than the law allows anyway. Unless you are buying a car to race, factors such as fuel economy, reliability, insurance and tax costs and fitness for purpose should be taken into account.

The decision depends on the petrole prices and the capicity of people to purchase petrol.Thus if one can affort very expensive petrol also then may be speed will be immportant.But for middle class person I think average will be more important.There should be optimal solution between average and speed.

I want the best of both.
