Lana or Lois?

I've been sick of Lana since the first season, lol. and frankly, I don't like Lois much either. I think around season four, Chloe developed into one of the most intelligent, capable young women on television today, and Clark is a fool to let her go. We always knew that one day Clark and Lex would become bitter enemies. That's what made their friendship so bittersweet. I hate that the writers chose the easy out of making them part ways over a woman.

I have never watched an episode of this show. I do avidly read comic books though. I've heard about the show and I've always had an issue with Lois being around when Clark was young. He didn't meet her until he moved out of Smallville.

its hard to imagine after watchin smallville, dat sup went for lois, and not his high school love lana, i still prefer lana, to the arrogant lois, lana and sup make a good pair, but i guess we all know what happens in the end!!! and i have just watched 3 seasons of smallville, mayb i will have a change a mind after the 4th and 5th season!!!

Yes...they really took Lana for a trip into the dark side with Lex...she's really learning to be devious, and to keep secrets and doing stuff behind peoples' backs...just like Lex...you don't know which one of them is worse! The relationship between Clark and Lois is funny. And I love Chloe! I think it is great that Clark has her to confide in!

Im much more into Lois now. Im done with Lana...? hahaha! =) I have'nt seen the 6th season yet... but i think, Lana Lang will still be part of it. I've seen a picture of clark in the internet,(he's floating watching lana in her sleep..) maybe in that episode, clark will learn how to float/fly.

I've always been with Lana. It's not her fault if the writers change her character in every season but to tell you the truth that's what makes it more interesting. I'm with Lana all the way! I hope they don't kill her.

i really dont know.. lois is the toughie who want sall the action done by herself, and lana is the "lady in distress" type.. both are pretty alright, but its really hard to compare both.

Well I haven't watched every single episode, but I try and catch whenever I can because I am rather a fan of superman. Ever since I was young. I used to read all the superboy, supergirl and superman comics..lol.Anyway I think that it's rather dragging on a bit because Lana Lang was young Clark Kent's High School girlfriend ok, then on Smallville they have that part right, then they put Chloe into the picture. There was no such character in the comic. Not only that but they have Chloe working at the Daily Planet now. I'm wondering when they are going to bring Lois into the picture as far as falling in love with Superman. According to the comic strip, Lois is the actual one that is supposed to work at the Daily Planet then later Clark Kent when he get's older and thats how she gets to meet Superman one on one and falls in love with him. I don't know. But seeing they have put Chloe in the story, I reckon that Clark should go out with her rather tha Lana or Lois...lol. At least he doesn't have to lie to her about his abilities. But yeah I AM well over Lana, she should actually marry Lex.lol.

W8 till u watch season 6....lex gets lana pregnant !! We now she lana as more of lex companion who has a sort of same personality !! I agree with you. I am soo sick of Lana. I thought that with Jason Teague around, Lana will be out of the picture. But there she is again, trying to, rekindle her past relationship with Clark. Oh, I like Lois better. She is funny and gorgeous. Enough with Lana LAng. Oh, well, It is obvious that clark still feels the same way with Lana.

same here. i started hating lana when she easily fell in love with different men after clark. clark's so loyal to her and hasnt really been with anyone else. and now she's with lex. hate her even more. i love lois! cant wait for the scenes when clark and lois finally realize that they belong to each other :)

You are SOOOOOOO right. I know in Superman Lois is it, but she is so flighty. Lana though has to go or something. I can't stand her with Lex, and her character seems to get more stupid, even after all she has been through. She ought to know how to read Clark by now. Anyway is she killed off sometime? I certainly don't remember a Lana in the Superman shows or movies. I'm old enough to have seen them back in the day, so now I'm a little confused about this Lana chick anyway.

Well I haven't really watched a lot of the newer episodes since I'm still stuck on the old episodes. So I don't get so much what is going on in the newer episodes. So I don't know what Lana had ended up doing with Lex. But I am sure I will find out sooner or later & then maybe I will understand what everyone is talking about. haha. I don't personally like who they had cast for Lois. I'm not quite sure why I just feel they could have picked someone better. I've seen one or more episodes with her in it & am not all to fond of her to be honest. I just think the casting could have been better. But my mind may change when I see some more of her playing that role. Who knows. I do find though personally that Tom & Kristin have a lot of chemistry on screen though. At least from what I have been able to watch so far.. As of right now I'd hope the two end up together. But my feelings may change as I start to watch the other seasons..

I TOTALLY agree with you. Altho Lana was said in various Superman story lines to have married Lex, I am tired of her for many reasons. Lois on the other hand is great. I think the actress plating her is awesome, and plays the part so well. I actually like Lex, but insomuch as I like the villinous character of Lex and Lionel. Season 6 has already shown my hubby and I signs of being an exciting action packed season. I cant wait!!
