Do you suffer from dysmennorhea?

Such this is such an open forum, may I suggest you join Gather if you are not already a member there. I have a group especially designed to deal with questions such as this. hi, I too suffer from this dysmennorhea... but i dont frequently take pain killers..ur system might get immuned with these medicines...try doing a not-so-hot compress..it will ease the pain. Or try lying down with the lower portion of your body elevated (have your feet lean on the wall)...well @least it will ease the pain temporarily..i hope i made sense
