pricklechime No I dont forward these chain text messages...our lives does not depend on these things..We run our lives ourselves, so why entertain? thought not all chain text messages are annoying but it all eends up to you if you decide to forward or delete or what else.

pricklechime If ur suffering from insomnia, try drinking a glass of milk before going to sleep.. it does work. I guess that's one essence of drinking it at night.

pricklechime hi lynboobsy, I also have a mild migraine..to share:causes are: stress/too much or lack of sleep/over -intake of caffeinated foods& drinks/menstruation..etc to name a few. And in my case if not for everybody, the best solution is to sleep, the best option...

Do you suffer from dysmennorhea?

Dysmennorhea is a very painful menstration. I suffer from this and it is horrible. Any suggestions for pain relief? Tylenol and Ibuprofen just do not seem to help.
