DUSTBIN -- Are you using me properly?

Yes I think we r not using it properly. But most of the times I use it and I teach my children also do it. But sometimes I can't find dustbins in public places so I think there should be dustbins everywhere.I have also seen people throwing waste near the dustbins not in the dustbins.there must be law to punish such people. I have heard that in USA people are fined for throwing waste, spitting or urinating on roads. so I think it must be done everywhere. I think first everyone must be taught in schools and homes to throw waste in dustbins only.

I too have seen many people do like that. I am no exception. I don't want to make me a God. Every single individual does it. I don't like myself throwing wastes on road. I usually don't throw waste out of my house. But when I go outside I throw them on road. I should change this. Because of this there is no harm to environment in a great way since I don't throw waste plastics or polythene covers. First please say that do you throw wastes only into dustbins. If so you are really great.

Well I always use the dustbin properly. I've seen alot of people throwing stuffs on the road, spittin n urinating. it's absolutely disgusting.
