What is it about love songs that make you so alive, or so sad.???

Is it the lyrics? Or even the melody?
Is it the occassion you experienced the song?
And once you heard a song, how come it stays with you, even though you didn't bother memorizing it in the first place?
MAybe it's past experiences and or the way you've always wanted to experience something. It draws the line between fact and fiction and your fiction, thru that music you can be there and feel that.

I love a song only when I am able to identify myself with the lyrics of the song,when the lyrics describe something pertaining to me.
To me lyrics is everyhting and plays the major role.There have been lyrics which have told things which I always held inside my heart but could never express in words.It brings out the feelings from within!

Music touches our souls with the lyrics and the melody. It brings feelings up out of our memories. It gives us hope, and brings sad and happy memeories back to our minds.
