Fast food ordering

Our biggest problem here is absolute rudeness and a long wait unnecessarily at the drive through. I am thinking they need more supervision. We have actually drove off twice now because they have been absolutely rude and offensive to us. I have called a couple of phone numbers to report it but don't know if anything was actually done. It is disheartening that service has become so bad now.

I have the same problem! It's like they just don't take the time to make sure it is correct. They always forget part of my order or give me the wrong item at Taco Bell, I can't tell you how annoying that is, and when I ask them to fix it they act like I am making them go out of their way to do something.

thats like the local mcdonalds around here, they always mess up the order, I always use the drive thru and have to sit there checking the order, which is ALWAYS wrong.

This USED to happen to me alot but now Im very clear and repeat everything twice so those morons in the back get it right the first time. If they dont I usually take my order back in throw it at the counter and demand my money back. I know it sounds ignorant but when you pay a mechanic to fix your car its suppose to be done right the first time as fast as possible. We pay for speed and convenice and those people in the back of drive thru's are payed to take orders correctly and thats it. Thats why I do what I do. On my job there is no room for errors so it should be the same for everybody who's working period. Just my opinion.

The fast food restaurant I have had this problem with the most is a McDonald's that is down the street from us. The last time I went there, I ordered a medium coke with my meal, but then changed my mind and told the girl I did NOT want the coke. We went over my order again, THREE times and I very clearly told her "No, I do NOT want the medium coke." But did she get it right? No, I was still charged for and received the medium coke. This was done at the drive through window, so at that point, I just took the coke. I didn't want the hassle of going inside and arguing with them. I didn't have the time and it wasn't worth it. But everytime I go there, I always have a problem with my order.

I always have trouble with one specific restaurant. It doesn't matter if I go inside and order, or use drive thru, my order is usually the same: chicken nuggets, large sweet tea and large fries with an apple pie. Well one time I had gotten home and got my food out of the bag, and it was a big mac, fries, sprite, and chocolate chip cookies. I went back to the restaurant and they tried to convince me that that was what I had ordered, when it was on my receipt as the chicken nuggets, fries, tea, and apple pie. Its almost gotten to hte point where I hate going in that particular restaurant.

oh yeah they almost never get it right if you ask for something different its like they are programed to do it just one way.

oh u r absolutely right...even i hav faced many many problems ....these ppl r so busy tat they do not pay full attention to everone...its bad n pathetic...they should be attentive to everyones orders..

I get this all the time, i like double cheese burger out of mcdonalds and i always ask for plain do they do it nooo. all the time i get gurkins and everything but i always go up and complain. One time i got a free supersize big mac because i waited one hour to get served. Mcdonalds are good but the people who work there dont have clue.

I had not experienced this matter, possibly they careless would their work as far as them did not reconsider anything that became the order for a buyer, they who did this matter should dapet the warning from his superior to understand how their work.

I hate it when they repeat to you what you get and then still get it wrong.

You ain't kidding! I make it a rule to stop and check every single order I get from a drivethru right then and there before I leave due to the fact that over 70% of the time they screw it up! Service sucks now! This makes me so mad I could puke! I swear, it's the little things in life!!!

ya i hate when this happens. it only seems to happen to me when someone else gets the food for me. my mom always says that she told them what i wanted and they just got it wrong, but im starting to think that thats a lie seeing that its happend a lot now.

The KFC and one of the McDonalds here never get things right, but they usually end up giving us a lot more than we ordered and only charging us for what we asked for. We are blessed by the fast food fairy, I guess.If their service bothers you, can you find another place to go?

This happened to me also couple of times.I am strictly vegetarian and the restaurant have mixed some nonveg dish in that like chicken or so.sometimes,it is even dificult to differntiate visibly the difference between veg and nonveg till you eat that food.and oh,you are in troublethen.we all must be very careful while ordering delivery or drive in.

Hahah .. no I never have a problem ... and I don't have a problem as we don't have a fast food drive through place for miles and miles .. the only take away we have locally is the chip shop that's owned by a nice and friendly Chinese family ... If you are having so many problems with your take out place why do you still go there??

I think ordering at a fast food restaurant is like playing that communications game where one person whispers something in another person's ear and it goes around the room until you reach the end and see how the message has changed. It's miscommunications that mess up the orders mostly.

For me its every once in a while they mess up my order and i am fairly picky about my order. but when i do go back to exchange they are usually very nice and gladly change it where ever i go.

Well, whenever I order something, they always forget something. Like one time they gave us just a bag with fries, and not the hamburger. Sometimes I think they should have stayed in school for a year longer.
