why are americans hated ?

i open mylot everyday and it seems there is a new post about how americans are hated .so my question is why are we hated ?our country the usa only trys to do good when other countrys are in need. why can't we all live in peace and acept that no person or people are better than others.

I believe that a lot of it has to do with the recent events that have taken place. Not only is Bush being viewed as the devil, but all of America that needs to be taken out of existance so to speak. It scares the living daylights out of me really, cause America is my home. A lot of countries of starting to think that we are trying to be viewed as dominate so to speak, when all we are trying to do is help.

yes i can see from reading alot of posts about americans not being liked that people feel that we want to dominate other countries . i personally am not a bush fan but i do respect him he has a tough job to do and i certainly would not want his worries...lol

Well i dont think so. But there has got be some some limit to the politics played within the country and their own citizens are cheated at a massive level. For example the WTC and the Pentagon tragic events. I guess US government has to answer so many worthy questions to clear the queries in the mids of thousands and thousands of americans.

i don't know about the many questions that our government has to answer .but i do know that there is no one perfect country with a perfect leader and perfect people.and that really takes me back to my question why can't all people accept the fact we may not be perfect but we are all human beings and should try to live together in peace.

To hate anyone because of their nationality is bigotry. So anyone who hates Americans just because we are Americans is no better than any NeoNazi or KKK member.
