I believe it is for me as if I want to buy something I make sure that they have paypal and I can buy things through their system as they have my details and I do not have to give anybody else my details, and I have used them for 5 years now with no problems at all.

hi in my case i have experienced twice that every thing went good in buying things in secure way but end up in getting stuff which was not exactly what i expected so i had to courier it back for replacement so very careful in things what you are buying if you are buying things which need to be touched and felt please go personally to a mall or shop than to buy online

I have yet to have a major problem with buying anything online either buying or making returns.

Yes it is safe to shop online. I do it often. You need to look for a secure site - there should be a security page on the website. Some sites that I have purchased from with no security problems are: Walmart, Target, Amazon, Ebay, and Lakeside.

I shop online and have never had a problem but there is always a first time.
