I'm still relatively new to MyLot.com and I'm wondering about something.
I've seen many MANY posts about people sweating over the couple of bucks you make here. Now, I personally am not so concerned about the money. I would prefer to just let it build up over time and maybe put into my paypal so I can shop a little on e-bay or something. But I'm wondering if can do that? Do you have to make a certain amount per month in order to collect your money or can you just let it build up until you have like 50 bucks and then collect it?

Hi there. In your profile you can change the payout amount and I believe you can change it to $50! :)
I am here for the money... well I like this site... it allows us to earn money for our opinions. Unfortunately too many people on here are cheating their way to an extra cent or two! But that is why there are a few of us working together to report them (the link is on my profile)!!
Anyway, I like the extra money. I am putting it away in my savings accounts that are earning 5% interest! yay! :)

I did that, but I wasn't sure if it would build up or just roll over every month and start fresh.
But thanks for the response!

I am also new here but I believe that when you signed up there was an option for you to choose at how much you wanted to cash out for your pay pal. I have mine set at $10 because once it is in pay pal I can just let it sit there until I want to use it, but if I find something I want then it is already in my account.

You can get interest from leaving money in paypal? How do you do that because I just went there and couldn't see that option. I do surveys and get 2 or 3 bucks sent to paypal every once in a while and don't tend to cash out until I have 10 bucks anyway. So, how do you sign up for interest? That would be like an extra savings account and totally cool.

I enjoy this site. I looked for discussions that mean a lot to me, and YES the money is important to me right now, because it helps me keep my terminally ill mother in diapers.

Let it build upto $100 and then ask them to transfer it to your account. Be aware that earning that much may well take many many months and 100's of hours. So just take part in discussions and forget about money. It is not worth the effort. Just see how much you earn after say 6 months, since by then it will be something.

You can set the minimium amount that you want to get paid, I belive off the top of my memory that it go's like 10, 25, 50, and 100 dollars that you can set the minimum at. Just remember that just like anything else something can fail, and if you havent made the amount to collect and the program fails then you might loose all your earnings, I would take the min amount which is $10. and let it sit in the paypal account. it is safe there

You can change the payout minimum from you profile. But my advise it for you to have it transferred to someplace where you can effectively use it. Maybe to buy something from Amazon. I enjoy mylot and the payment is only secondary to me.

no it is not a neccesity to earn a fixed amount per month. mylot limits you in terms of withdrals. it can be minimum if 10 dollads. there is no time frame for this. you can increase it to 25 dollars or even 50 dollars.
enjoy

I believe that if you can choose the amount to be held until they send the payment to your paypal account than the what you make for one month should roll over to the following month. I am new here to, so I am learning as I go, but that is my understanding of things from reading the faq page about the payment options.

Under your account you can change the value of the money you want to recieve. You will have to make at least 10 bucks to get paid, but u can change it to 50 if you would like. They give that opportunity. But the minimum required is 10dls.

I think you've got the right idea. Just let it accumulate, and see what happens. As you go along, you may become more inspired to make more, and there are ways to do that. There are many posts here that offer great advice on how to do it. Work your way through the posts and see what you can come up with. Good Luck !

I think it would be really cool if this whole thing worked out to actually be a considerable and effective income. I just hears about this thing on a job posting website and it sounded too good to be true. I signed up, and we'll see how things go.
