Does anyone know if Ameriquest is a good reputable company?

We are looking into refiancing our house and we have talked to Ameriquest. Has anyone had any type of experience with them? If so would you recommend them? Thanks for any input on this.

We had a mortgage with Ameriquest and didn't care for them. If we were 1 day late but still within the grace period, they would "hound" us. Also, they didn't offer the best rate.
