After waking up from sleep, how many of you drink water in empty stomach?

Most Indians practice this method of drinking water in the morning as soon as they wake up. Its good practice, which cleans up the ease the bowel movements. The sickness caused by gall bladder liquid, will disappear, if the consumed water is puked out.

I do drink aqua in the empty stomach, especially when there is a acidity problem. But I take it out after some time. I do feel the difference when I drink in the empty stoamch, more appetite, and more active.

Take it out after sometime? You mean you vomit the water you drink after a period of time?
